Mother Nature must have been paying attention to my last post because it has been sunny two days in a row. That is practically unheard of in Aachen! All this sun has me thinking of Spring even more. I love wandering around the outdoor markets in Spring because they are overflowing with beautiful, fragrant flowers. They also have loads of pussy willow and branches for making Easter 'trees'. Typically, people get a bundle of branches, stick them in a vase, and decorate them with Easter eggs. You know I had to make some paper versions of Easter eggs, especially since I had stacks of crepe paper and vintage Easter images.

Great idea! They do the same in the Netherlands with the branches and eggs/decor like feathers and ribbons. I like it very much & think your idea is also excellent!
