Hey Purrprints, thanks for stopping by. You can stamp directly onto the alcohol ink background using archival ink. This is the only kind of ink that will set on a non-porous surface and not have wonky chemical reactions with the alcohol ink. Alternatively, you could adhere an image directly to the background. what a cool tutorial! You got some really interesting results with this. I was wondering--is there any way to draw or stamp a definite shape on top of a tile once it's been decorated this way? Love the colors. I have never used this alcohol inks... looks like there is a whole range of possibilities with them... lots to play with!
